  • You must be at least 21 years old and present a valid driver’s license at check-in.

    All participants must sign a Liability Waiver and complete the Live Safety Briefing and tutorial video before boarding.

  • Book your Jetcar, and pay your security deposit. which will be used towards your rental. Once the deposit is made, you will receive an email with your scheduled date, time, arrival instructions, and rental details.

  • Future bookings: Cancel before 24 hours of your scheduled time for a refund. Cancellations within your 24 hour time frame of your appointment time are non-refundable.

    Same-day bookings: Cancel before 2 hours of your scheduled time for a refund. Cancellations within the 2 hours time frame of your appointment are non-refundable.

  • If conditions are unsafe, your booking will be canceled and your security deposit refunded. You will have the option to reschedule.

  • Some Jetcars hold up to 4 passengers, others hold 2 passengers depending on the model. Check booking to see which models are available.

  • Jetcar weight capacity = 800 lbs.

  • Up to 10 one-hour rides per day depending on availability. Call if interested in a longer ride time.

  • Yes, U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided and must be worn. Removal of life jacket during ride is prohibited. Flamingo Mobb is not held liable for accidents occurred by passengers and or Jetcar operator.

  • Yes, a map will be provided during safety briefing. GPS monitoring will be active which will alert you when approaching boundaries. You must stay within the approved operating area. Exploring outside GPS boundaries will result in a jurisdiction Fee of $150.

  • A Late Fee will immediately be applied if you go over your scheduled time.

    Late Fee: Up to 30 mins = $150
    Late Fee: 30 min - 1 hour = $250
    Late Fee: 1 hour = $400

    Returning the Jetcar late can result in scheduling issues for the next renter.

  • You will be held 100% liable for any damages and or accidents during your rental time. A $1,500 Damage Fee and or a $300 Cleaning Fee will immediately be applied to the card on file after Jetcar is returned.

    Each Jetcar undergoes a pre-rental inspection with a timestamped video to document the condition before each ride to assure the Jetcar is up to standard for the next rental.

  • Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, Safety Briefing, and preparation.

  • In this case, the safety briefing covers what to do. There will be emergency supplies inside the Jetcar specifically for these unfortunate events.

    US Coastal Guards will be available for extra support. On-call emergency support will also be available. Just call us.

  • Yes, at your own discretion. Flamingo Mobb is not responsible for lost or dropped items.
